Prevention of Crimes of Sexual Exploitation of Women and Children Through Legal and Criminological Measures

The content of this s article identifies and analyzes the complex of legal and special-criminological measures aimed at preventing the phenomenon of sexual exploitation of women and children. Thus, besides the measures of influence on the economic, political, organizational and legal factors, the authors also note that in the process of preventing this type of criminality it is necessary to focus on the interaction between the governmental and non-governmental structures, the monitoring and the use of the reliable sources of information which characterizes the real situation in the field of reference, as well as on the efficiency of the victim’s prevention system
