The current research aims to determine workers' rights and obligations according to labor law; as well as to find government guarantees and protection for implementing the rights and obligations of workers in a company. The research results show that the rights and obligations of workers according to the Labor Law are: Every worker or laborer has the right to receive equal treatment without discrimination from employers. This means employers must provide workers with rights and obligations regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, gender, skin color, ancestry, and political beliefs.
