The data set corresponds to genotypes of individuals belonging to Lampsilis siliquoidea and L. radiata which are two closely related freshwater mussel species [Bivalvia: Unionidae]. Individual genotypes consist of seven microsatellite loci developed by Eackles and King 2002.
