D4.1 - Implementation plan

This deliverable presents a detailed timeline outlining the steps for AI4EOSC Release 1, scheduled for M18, as well as for AI4EOSC Release 2, expected to be completed by the end of M33. While this plan serves as a starting point for project planning, it is subject to modification as the components and corresponding tasks continue to evolve during the course of the project. User feedback collected in WP6 will be taken into account to ensure that the project is carried out in alignment with the project's objectives. Our agile and flexible approach will enable us to deliver both releases efficiently and effectively, achieving the desired outcomes
