A. MAKARENKO AND V. SUKHOMLYNSKI'S VIEWS IN IVAN ANDRIIOVYCH ZIAZIUN'S PEDAGOGICAL RESEPTION

The article highlights the views of the Ukrainian scientist, innovator, and pedagogue of the late 20th – early 21st centuries, philosopher, professor, academician of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, founder of the school of pedagogical skill, Ivan Andriiovych Ziaziun. His humanistic and axiological principles of organization of the educational process are characterized; they are coincident with the actualities of the outstanding teachers of the 19th century, graduates of Poltava Pedagogical Institute, namely Vasyl Oleksandrovych Sukhomlynskyi and Anton Semenovych Makarenko. I. Ziaziun’s personal qualities are emphasized, in particular, humanity, intelligence, scientific culture, academic integrity, ability to direct scholars, lecturers, teachers, students to search for beauty in life, to promote the formation of their value attitude towards the person, to stimulate self-development and self-perfection. The authors highlight the affinity of I. Ziaziun, V. Sukhomlynskyi and A. Makarenko’s views on the formation of a master teacher who is distinguished by love for children, faith in each pupil, and the ability to form their best qualities. I. Ziaziun’s ideas about the necessity for careful selection and thorough preparation of the future teacher in the conditions of the higher education institution are considered to be the most relevant issue. It has been emphasized that I. Ziaziun’s own experience in organizing and implementing a special approach to the training of future teachers was successfully implemented at Poltava State V. G. Korolenko Pedagogical Institute (now Poltava National V. G. Korolenko Pedagogical University). The authors state that the development of V. Sukhomlinskys and A. Makarenko’s pedagogical views, the experience of their own artistic and creative activity, has become a stimulus for Ivan Andriiovych Ziaziun to search and further implement the idea of formation and development of students of Institute of Pedagogical Skills. It has been emphasized that I. Ziaziun left a bright memory and an endless source of educational ideas. His scientific and creative achievements can be used to form a modern generation of teachers for the new Ukrainian school
