The condensed ternary system-dicyanobisethylenelamine-cobaltic sulphate, copper sulphate and water-has been studied at 30°. Formation of the double salt dicyanobisethylenediamine-cobaltic cuprisulphate, [Co(CN)2(en)2SO4. 2CuSO4. 8H2O has been definitely established as a result. The double salt is rather unstable in water, but is stable in copper sulphate solution
