Wars have been fought in human history, and continue to cease in the present era. The war is a phenomenon that is impossible to deny, and will continue as long as the world exists. Some causes of war are direct and some indirect which have impacts on the relations between the warring nations. Each country considers the other as its enemy and seeks to defeat and dominate the opposing faction and try every tactic to conquer. But the most disadvantageous in this situation are the people, the concessions, the citizens and the general public; they are subjected to more torture and violence. Therefore, it is imperative that international rules be made that make the warring countries realize these rights. After assessing the casualties and financial losses of the First and World War II, four international agreements were signed in Geneva on 21 August 1949 to support the victims of war. Countries have imposed these agreements upon themselves. Islam regularly provides rules for war that prevent from oppressing people during the war and allows Muslim soldiers to fight within boundaries
