The magnates' parks of Volyn-Podillya (Ukraine) in the 18–19th centuries, their preservation and protection

The paper elucidates the history of formation of the magnates’ parks is Volyn-Podillya (Ukraine) in the 18–19th centuries. Such parks as Skala-Podilskyi, Mykhailivskyi, Maliyevetskyi, Chernyatynskyi, Bilche-Zolotetskyi are the most rich in species. Four groups of the old Magnates’ Parks of Volyn-Podillya have been distinguished as to the degree of preservation and value. Trends of ecological research aimed at their preservation and protection have been developed
