This paper aims to investigate the spatial equity and accessibility of public primary schools in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. The study analyzed the distribution of public primary schools and identified spatial disparities or inequities in accessibility to these schools. Both primary and secondary data sources were utilized to determine the spatial distribution of public primary schools and population distribution in the area. The results reveal that the distribution of public primary schools was uneven and not based on population distribution in the study area.
