The article analyses the adequacy of existing linguistic exercises to targets of the development of practical speech actions that are actually performed by a student atspeech perception and generation within the various linguistic techniques. It is consid-ered the universal grammar structure based on the analysis of the psychological nature of thought- speech-language in their inseparable existential connection.
