This paper aims to understand the way fishermen to catch fish. Every place in Indonesia has its own tradition in finding the fish processes. They have their cultural uniqueness has become to be their individual fishermen's identity. The Fishermen used their technology to catch the fish. This research use observation, interview, and literature review. Based on this research, we found that every methods and tool have a different result and their spending time. The fishermen live and their way to catch the fish is so various. Fishers still use the traditional tools in catching the fish because of their familiarities with the result and benefit. Every fisherman work in a team. This teamwork comes from the need that they feel each other
