Objective: The aim of our study was to find out the relationship among metallic syndrome and hypothyroidism. Study Design: An observational cross-sectional study. Place and Duration: This study was conducted at medical department of pathology, Shalamar hospital Lahore for the duration of one year starting from November, 2019 to October, 2020. Methodology: In our study 150 patients were enrolled. 100 hypothyroid patients were recruited on the basis of laboratory findings of low serum free thyroxine (FT4) level and raised serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels.
