The evolving Internet of Things (IoT) technology has driven the advancement of communication technology for implantable devices and relevant services. Still, concerns are raised over implantable medical devices (IMDs), because the wireless transmission section between patients and devices is liable to intrusions on privacy attributable to hacking attacks and resultant leakage of patients' personal information. Also, manipulating and altering patients' medical information may lead to serious leakage of personal information and thus adverse medical incidents.
