The goal of this article is to conduct macro level analysis on Human Capital Development in the South Asia countries, such as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The Analysis is a comparison of macro level of indicator of Human Capital and improvement of the economy, the research method applied both quantitative and qualitative methods are adapted in describing all the indicators with reference to HCD. In addition, comparative analysis is analysing macro level indicators of HCD made and analytical methods according to the indicators of the South Asia countries.
