The present research examined the efficacy of dietary interventions in mitigating the incidence and intensity of Acute Otitis Media (AOM) through a randomised controlled trial involving 200 AOM patients. The study involved the random allocation of participants into two groups: an intervention group that received dietary recommendations and supplements aimed at enhancing immune function and reducing inflammation, and a control group that received standard care.
