Problems and Prospects of Tourism Developament in India

The term "tourism development" refers to the planning and execution of strategies, infrastructure, or other projects that the Council deems necessary for the expansion of the tourism industry with the goal of making a destination more appealing to tourists and bringing in more of them. Taxation, travel marketing, infrastructure issues, security, and cross-border regulations are the most significant obstacles to tourism. Too many tourist destinations lack visitor preparation. Due to global trends and important investments the country has made in technology and energy, India is on track to become the third largest economy in the world by 2030 and surpass Japan and Germany as the third largest economies.
