Tsunami disaster in 2004 caused a lot of damage to the area and reduced land for ponds, forests and settlements in the coastal area of Lhoong District, Aceh Besar. This study aims to inventory the condition of coastal land cover after the tsunami disaster through visual interpretation of images and analyze land cover changes that occurred in 2004, 2009, 2014, and 2019. The analysis used is descriptive with a quantitative approach that utilizes remote sensing data. This study uses the changed detection method, to analyze land changes in those years.
