The stiff competition in the prices of oil and gas in the global market has prompted the oil and gas companies in Rivers State to lookout for ways to keep their companies on top and afloat. The profitability and investment of these companies seem not to have increased significantly. This necessitated the study to determine how employee resourcing relates to performance of selected oil and gas companies in Rivers state.
