About some theoretical aspects of continuing art education

This article deals with the theoretical aspects of the «continuous art education» concept. The authors analyze various scientific concepts of the «lifelong learning», in which a key role takes the integration of individual and social aspects of human personality and its activities. They show that the continuous art education is closely interconnected with the actualization of the art’s educational potential, motivation for self-improvement and development of the cultural spiritual values
