Gravimetric, Magnetic and Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopic Studies of fully hycilrated Nickel exchanged A-Zeolites

Gravimetric, magnetic and diffuse reflectance spectros­copic studies showed that the NiII ions are octahedrally coordinated in fully hydrated type A-zeolite. Magnetic results indicated that the reciprocal of molar susceptibility decreases with increasing NiII content in the zeolitic framework. The replacement of Nal by NiII increases the zeolitic water. In general, the hypsochromic shift of the band maxima of the fully hydrated Ni A-zeolites was recorde
