Black cumin, or as it is also called black cumin, has recently been gaining popularity among agricultural producers in Ukraine. Mass industrial cultivation of this crop is carried out in Iran, where it has gained high popularity and wide use, in particular, 93% of all dishes and drinks contain black cumin, which is endowed with almost mythical, pharmacological properties. Therefore, it is not for nothing that attention has been paid to this culture in Ukraine, but it is mainly grown as a niche crop.
