Deliverable 4.4 - FarmBook platform with code/installation documentation & user guide

This task is the actual development of the platform. This task uses the product requirements document from T4.1, as well as the UI/UX design from T4.2 to build the platform and connects to the Data Repository that will be built in parallel in T4.3. As part of this deliverable, extensive documentation will be created allowing for easy installation and modification of FarmBook by administrators of the platform
