Freedom is a cultural sign, a kind of cultural code, which by conveying social experience, provides spiritual communication. No one can deprive a person of spiritual freedom under any circumstances. Even if the country is occupied by the enemy, freedom is present everywhere, it conquers everything. Freedom is seen above all as a subjective perception that arises, in particular, through the ability to choose. Each of us has the opportunity not to succumb to influence, to get rid of desire. Freedom of choice can become painful because it involves responsibility. However, we remember that living in society requires us to limit our freedom. Sociocultural and political conditions for the actualization of the concept of FREEDOM create its ethnic specificity. The concept of FREEDOM is basic for the formation of the worldview of an individual and society, which regulates the social behavior of people in society and is used to substantiate certain aspects of the world around us.
