Python jupyter notebook guiding the user through a pipeline to quantify immunostaining signal intensity along the anterior-posterio axis of Gastruloids (3D aggregates of mouse embryonic stem cells). Updated version (v2): added function to fit a polynomial curve, and to represent the results in a linearised heatmap version.
