The study investigated principal’s supervisory strategies for teacher’s job performances in Public Senior Secondary Schools in Abia State. The design for the study was descriptive research design. The population of the study consisted of all the principals of Senior Secondary Schools in Abia State and all the teachers of senior secondary schools in Abia State. The population of the study was 2,224 which equally included 253 principals in 253 public senior secondary schools in Abia State. The sample size for the study was eight hundred and forty-six (846).
