Essential trace elements (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cr) were analyzed in edible and non-edible parts of six vegetables i.e. palak, bathua, shalgam, cauliflower, cabbage and coriander collected from Dhaurinala and Karula nala at Moradabad district using AAS.
