Value creation use of iron ore in their deposits

The article of research is geological information about iron–stones and their deposits that is investigated, passed after official permissions in subsoil use. The aim of writing of the article is a ground of essence and concept vehicle of cost–resource value creation of iron–stones and processes of iron–ore subsoil use. Methodology of work – application of abstract–logical analysis (development of the conceptual apparatus of saving); legal analysis (study of the regulatory framework); generalization (formation of conclusions and proposals). Results of work – it is substantiated by the concept of cost target reflection of results of subsoil use to interpret formation by estimation on normative–legal basis of values of iron ore resources for establishment of kinds and sums of incomes which should define the enterprises at reception of these resources in economic use (rent), value creation iron ore use. Conclusions – the resource approach to iron ore resources is applied and the definition of value creation as a process of establishing on the legal basis the value of deposits of these minerals, which are transferred to subsoil users on a paid basis, is substantiated. Value creation belong to the concepts and processes of subsoil resource research
