The work examines the conflict personality and its typo-characteristic characteristics in the course of its professional activity. In the course of empirical research, the concept of a conflict personality and the peculiarities of its behavior were defined. The majority of people refer to themselves as a non-conflictual personality and prefer to solve their conflict situations by adaptation or avoidance, a slightly smaller part are inclined to compromise and a little less to cooperation. The smallest percentage among those surveyed is ready to defend their interests through conflict, and an even smaller percentage does it constantly, not accepting other options for solving their problems. It is this small percentage that has a high level of conflict. Individuals with a high level of personal aggressiveness are present in both men and women. The level of personal aggressiveness in men is somewhat higher, but not by much. This makes us understand that the level of personal aggression depends on gender, but gender does not have the main influence on the indicator of personal aggressiveness. In the course of personal traits, it was found that the conflict personality is primarily characterized by such typical characterological features of the personality as excitability, exaltation and hot temper. During the study of personal traits, it was determined that most of the protested are able to maintain self-control and self-control, define the concept of conflict as a negative phenomenon and do not consider it necessary to engage in conflict. We found a high rate of "stuckness", which indicates that conflict situations can have a lingering mood and will not be resolved here and now.
