The work examines the conflict personality and its typo-characteristic characteristics in the course of its professional activity. In the course of empirical research, the concept of a conflict personality and the peculiarities of its behavior were defined. The majority of people refer to themselves as a non-conflictual personality and prefer to solve their conflict situations by adaptation or avoidance, a slightly smaller part are inclined to compromise and a little less to cooperation. The smallest percentage among those surveyed is ready to defend their interests through conflict, and an even smaller percentage does it constantly, not accepting other options for solving their problems.
