Aim: The aim was to evaluate physicians' and nurses' perceptions toward services provision at primary healthcare centers in Dammam and AlKhobar, Saudi Arabia. Methods: An analytical cross-sectional study at Ministry of health Primary Health care centers in Dammam and AL Khobar eastern province, Saudi Arabia. Thirteen (13) primary health care centers in AL Khobar and 30 centers in Dammam were included. A structured multi-item questionnaire was used to collect data from physicians and nurses about their perception toward workplace services as workforce, infrastructure, health care service, and teamwork barriers at primary healthcare centers.
