Background: A wide spectrum of clinical features related to toxoplasma infection in human, the enlargement of lymph node are the most frequently observed clinical form of toxoplasma in human. Objective: This study was designated to confirm of toxoplasma infection by serological test, heamatological tests and histopathological examination of cervical palpable mass in a girl 18 years old.
