Oburęczne planowani i myślenie strategiczne w organizacjach wojskowych. W poszukiwaniu synergii pomiędzy podejściem pozycyjnym i zasobowym

The aim of the article is to develop a model of „ambidextrous” strategic planning and thinking in military organizations, which will integrate the assumptions of both the strategic positioning theory and the resource-based view of strategy. The process of analysis is focused on searching for responses to the following study questions: 1) How are the assumptions of the strategic positioning theory implemented in strategic planning in military organizations? 2) How are the assumptions of the resource-based view of strategy implemented in strategic planning in military organizations? 3) How can military organizations achieve synergy in military thinking through combining the ideas of the strategic positioning theory and the resource-based view of strategy. The paper characterizes the assumptions of the strategic positioning theory and the resource-based view of strategy. The approaches to strategic planning in military organizations are identified and discussed. A model of „ambidextrous” strategic planning and thinking in military organizations, aimed at developing sustainable strategic advantage, is proposed and explained
