Rainwater is a source of water for bathing, washing, drinking purposes. The uses could be reduced due to its bad condition or state. Air pollution could cause the quality of water to deteriorate, which may be as a result of natural and anthropogenic activities. This paper is the outcome of a 12-month study (June 2018-July, 2019) of rainwater samples collected at Owode, a suburban town located in Ondo State, Nigeria. Physico-chemical properties of the rainwater samples were determined using standard methods of analyses. The results obtained in triplicates were subjected to statistical analysis.
