The Response of Local and Roma Tomato Varieties to 0.2mM Concentration of Sodium Azide (NaN3) in Dry Season, was investigated with the aim of inducing variability that could be exploited in the improvement of some quality traits in Tomato. The Roma variety was said to be flourishing more during Rainy season. The seeds of the two varieties of tomato: (Roma and Local varieties) were treated with concentrations of sodium azide (0.2mM).The result indicated that, the interactions makes all the two varieties of tomato to respond more to the mutagenic treatments during the dry season.
