Azadirachta Indica is a most common medicinal plant which is use for Antibacterial, Antifungal, Antiulcer, Antiviral, Analgesic, sedative properties. Objective: The aim of the study was Comparative Assessment of Analgesic Activity between whole plant and parts of Azadirachta Indica in experimental animal model. Methods: The extracts were prepared by maceration method. Analgesic activity was assessed by tail flick method and hot plate method (for central action) and acetic acid-induced writhing test (for peripheral action). Results: Seed extract, whole plant extract and aspirin showed significant analgesic activity, both central and peripheral, as compared to control (p< 0.01).
