The problems experienced by the teachers and administrators working in primary schools regarding the inclusion of children with special needs and solution suggestions the example of Isparta

Purpose of the research is investigate the problems that appear in inclusive education practices in primary schools and the views of teachers and administrators on the solution of these problems. To research; Teachers (20) and school administrators (15) working in primary schools participated in this study. Research data; It was collected through structured interview and analyzed by content analysis. As a result of the research; It has been seen that teachers and administrators experience various problems in inclusion practices and these problems are caused by parents, students, administrators, teachers and educational environments. It has been decided that teachers work collaboratively, organized in-class activities for students, and use orientation studies and ways of persuasion in order to solve the problems. Administrators have also developed solutions such as training teachers and active work of the guidance service. Although teachers and administrators tried different ways to solve problems, they pointed up cooperation with the family as a common view
