Regional and traditional food has been increasingly popular for several years. It is the opposite of industrial food, produced in large quantities both on the global and domestic market. Without a doubt, food production with the implementation of traditional methods generally concerns regions where non-industrial, extensive agriculture predominates, i.e. poor regions that occupy a special place in European regional policy.
