Kinetics of oxidation of methionine by tetramethylammonium fluorochromate in aquo-organic medium - Separation of solvent effect into contributions to initial and transition states

The rate data is correlated with different solvent parameters using linear multiple regression analysis. From the results, information on the solvent- reactants and the solvent-transition state interactions is obtained
