E-governance refers to use of information and technology by the government to deliver and facilitate government services efficiently. E-governance facilitates simple and efficient communication and transaction between citizens and government. Good and effective egovernance has the potential to improve the environment for citizens to have more access to their government. The implementation of e-governance depends upon various factors.
