Mathematica notebook and datafiles associated with the paper "Laser cooling beyond rate equations: approaches from quantum thermodynamics", C. N. Murphy, L. Toledo Tude and P. R. Eastham, Appl. Sci. 2022 (in press). The notebook contains code to generate data used in the paper by solving the Bloch-Redfield equations, and import the data generated by TEMPO. That latter data is provided as csv files in this repository. The notebook shows the usage of the code and data to generate basic figures corresponding to figures 2, 3 and 4 in the paper
