The Constitution of India has assured the full protection to Rights of Disabled Person. The concept of social justices and equality of status and opportunity to all the people of India are enshrined in the preamble of Indian constitution. Constitution of India Part III, article 14 and article 16 ensure the equality of opportunity to all person of Union of India.
