The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of an 8-week aerobic exercise program on the body composition of obese female subjects. Ten female subjects who were included in the obesity classification were voluntarily participated in the study by looking at body mass index coming to a fitness center in Giresun. The average age of the women participating in the study was 29,5 ± 12,3 ) height average (163 ± 4.76 cm). The aerobic exercise program specially designed for obese women was applied. Before the exercises, the subjects were pre-tested for body weight, body fat percentage, and body mass index values.
