Abstract When the pandemic came, the perspective of people changed including the online channels. The impact of the pandemic changes the behavior of people when buying through online since the virus spread in many places and they are only limited to go outside. In this, the research aims to know on how the Filipino consumers' preferences on Online Marketing Channels. Moreover, a sampling method used in this paper is a convenience sampling method that includes fifteen (15) participants that researchers interviewed by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and gathered data and information regarding the research questions, also the interviewees age ranges from 20-60 years old.
