The study assessed the 5A factors affecting the utilization of primary health care services among reproductive age women in Ogun State. The study specifically examined association between 5A's of access (accessibility, affordability, availability, accommodation, and acceptability) and utilization of primary health care services among reproductive age women. The study adopted a descriptive cross sectional research design.
