Abstract The potential of African countries is very high, including natural resources, demographic bonuses, agriculture, tourism, and rapid technological developments. These various potentials can be maximized to improve the quality of life in the community. Education as one of the keys to improving the quality of human resources plays an important role in maximizing this potential. However, it is not easy to develop education in Africa. There are various kinds of challenges and obstacles that must be overcome first.
