The purpose of the study was to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of transcerebellar diameter and BPD in determining the gestational age when the LMP is known in third trimester of pregnancy Methodology: The current study was conducted in Radiology Department of Lahore General Hospital from time period of September 2018 to October 2019.The sample size selected was 150 women with singleton pregnancy in third trimester.
