The paper explores some central issues in employer brand management in organizations. We demonstrate that necessity of new methodological tools for assessing the employer brand development and differentiate between different important constituents and attributes in employer brand management. In the empirical part we have gathered a group of experts who participated in ration assessment of employer brand and its constituents. The main focus of this paper is on the assessment of employer brand development level in organizations. We exemplify our main arguments by providing the case of new methodological tools mobilization.
