The present document is the Deliverable 6.1Project Management Handbook of the Dynamo project (https://dynamo-project.eu/) funded by the European Commission’s European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), under its Horizon Europe Research and Innovation programme (HE). The aim of this Project Management Handbook, as a reference document for Dynamo participants, is to give an overall perspective of the most relevant managerial aspects, procedures, rules, and responsibilities of the consortium aiming at ensuring a successful project execution. In addition, its purpose is to complement the legally binding documents: Consortium Agreement and Grant Agreement. This document summarizes all the needed knowledge for the correct management of the project and contains all information related to the management strategy, structure of the management team, monitoring and reporting issues, and the contractual and financial follow-up with the European Commission. The handbook should be updated, when necessary, through the lifecycle of the Dynamo project and according to the project needs. Whenever the procedures are updated, all partners will be duly informed about the changes made with respect to the previous version, and participants shall agree on including additional information and processes. In the event of discrepancy between documents, this Project Management Handbook is overruled by Grant Agreement including its Annexes and the Consortium Agreement with its possible addendums
