Purpose: To investigate the hypertensive disorders frequency in pregnant lady to determine the perinatal and maternal outcomes. Study plan: It is a retrospective descriptive study. Place and Duration: The study was performed in the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit I department of Services Hospital, Lahore for the period of one Year from February 2016 to February 2017. PATIENTS AND METHODS: 550 total cases were selected for parity, age, diagnosis, and gestational age, type of delivery and prenatal period and intrapartum complications.
