t: This study aims to test the sense of meaningfulness and job satisfaction role in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and its implications for member performance at the Aceh Iskandar Muda Military Area Command (Kodam IM). The population was all members of the Kodam IM, which was 144 members, so the method used was the censusbecause the population was relatively small. Data were analyzed using the AMOS SEM statistical equipment.
