This research aims to (1) examine the impact of the number of females aged 15 years and over (JWU), the provincial minimum wage (UMP), the average length of schooling (RLS), and economic growth (PE) on the labor force participation rate (LFPR) in Central Sulawesi Province from 2016-2021 and (2) determine the partial influence of JWU, UMP, RLS, and PE on the LFPR. Secondary data from the publications of Central Agency of Statistic, the Department of Manpower, and Transmigration are utilized to analyze the data. Additionally, the panel data regression analysis with the fixed effect model (FEM) was applied to enhance the results.
